Gentle Hatha Yoga for Beginners and Seniors

This is a gentle and accessible introduction to yoga that blends basic postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and somatic movement—an approach that invites students to explore subtle sensations, reconnect with their bodies, and move with mindful curiosity. Classes unfold at a slow, supportive pace, allowing time to learn proper alignment while building strength, flexibility, and balance.

Somatic practices help cultivate deeper body awareness and nervous system regulation, making this class especially nurturing for those navigating stress, chronic pain, or trauma recovery. Yoga mats and supplies are provided, but you are always welcome to bring your own.
